According to me,
The best way is to learn by utilizing all of the three styles. It not only help you with skilling your photography but also with many different aspects like interacting with different people, communication, and growth.
In the starting days of my photography I did lots of practical work, that is the best part but still, later on, I realize to some extent I need to learn by photography institute college school online courses, reading books, watching youtube video etc.
And it is was very difficult for me to find all these forms of style in one place.
